Polar Glow Detailing (“we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Information: Name, username, email, phone number
• Booking & Service Data: Vehicle details, service location (Google Places), appointment times
• Payment Information: Processed securely by Stripe (we never store full card details)
• Location Data: Used only to match you with detailers in your service area
• Usage Data: App interactions for service improvement

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to create/manage your account, process bookings and payments, communicate about services, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations.

4. How We Share Your Information

We share data only as necessary with Firebase, Stripe, and our detailers/employees. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security (Firebase security rules, encrypted connections). No system is 100% secure.

6. Your Rights

You can access and update your profile in the Polar Glow app. You can permanently delete your account and associated personal data from Settings → Delete account (password confirmation required). That in-app flow removes your Firebase Authentication user and personal Firestore data. Completed paid jobs may be retained in anonymized form for business records. You may also email polarglowdetailing@gmail.com.

7. Children’s Privacy

Our app is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Significant changes will be notified via the app or email.
